the happy couple

in honour of my lovely brother ringing me last night i am posting a piccy of him, his lady and the rock so that the first visit to my blog has some added excitement! let’s see how long i’m allowed to keep it up. for all other readers, this was the moment my bro proposed to the gorgeous nicky in the rain and with the bogged ute at the specialist place on our dad’s property. what a guy.

    when asked by the featured couple if i had checked out my ‘daughts’ blog recently i was told that maybe i should, after i had to respond in the negative.

    so…with a deal of nervousness i ventured (quite bravely for a father i thought) into her cyber ‘what i’m up to page’ and found something to which even i could relate. (no bad language either) ye gods…even the sapranos and our glorious leader, Mr Howard,( hope you are not suggesting that there is a common denominator there somewhere) had been briefly relegated to a position of lesser prominence.

    i was rather startled when i clicked on the splendid couple and they slowly emerged onto my screen in an extremely magnified version which made ‘the rock’ look like it would require the ute to be redeemed in order to carry it home.
