WA here we come

Well, many sleep deprived nights and grumpy days later, and following an inordinate amount of beer and wine consumption for early December, my conference paper is ready for Thursday’s ‘Fields of Uncool’ extravaganza. We are hoping that if people don’t particularly want to hear us speak they might at least come along for the chance to rub shoulders with our fabulous session chair and all round good guy, Graeme Turner. I will post the paper here when I get back given that my likely audience at CSAA consists of the total number of readers of this blog (bar one or two lovely boys in Melbourne). In the meantime, I am getting excited at the idea of seeing a quokka. Yet more bizarre Australian wildlife to entertain my international guest!
