Glen mentioned the new flickr group I started for Public Toilet Ads. I’d like to use the group for a research project, though I’m not sure how much luck we’ll have getting this going in the current security climate. Here’s an example of what I’m looking for, anyway. Basically any ad that has subliminal or explicit representations of gender or sexual content. Obviously I need help getting them in men’s toilets, but it would be great to get some from other countries too. Let me know if you’d like to join the group - it’s got some precautionary restrictions at the moment.

I’ll keep this in mind and be happy to contribute - any opportunity to take more photos inside loo cubicles is all right by me. Will you invite me to your group? My flickr name is lucytartan.

& I must just say - that image is a right old eyesore. But then I have always found Boag ads so train-wreck repulsive that I can’t actually drink the beer, not even if someone else pays for it.
