Hot off the press

The special issue of Media International Australia I edited with Gerard Goggin arrived this week. Admire the beautifully Australian backyard aesthetic captured here by Kat! We are so happy to have her work on the cover because we think it symbolises our aims for the issue: to begin a rigorous local discussion about wireless infrastructure in this country.
Sue Luckman will be launching the issue at the CSAA conference in Adelaide on Thursday afternoon, just before our panel. If you’d like further details feel free to get in touch!
Update: We now have a launch price flyer available for download for those of you who would like to order a copy. We’ll have some hard copies of the journal with us at the launch.

Well done Mel! Would have loved to be at the launch to congratulate you in person. I feel a little sad not to be going to the CSAA conference - for the first time it’s really sinking in that academia isn’t my world (and possibly never was).
