Reasons not to go to a wedding

Sweden’s Crown Princess Victoria claims she can’t make it to Charles’ wedding because she has to open an Ikea. I wonder what excuse she might come up with now that – in order to attend the Pope’s funeral – he’s shifted it to Sunday?

What to say

After three months in Sumatra helping tsunami victims, the HMAS Kanimbla was on its way home last week. Just two days from seeing their families, a second earthquake struck Indonesia and the ship had to turn around and go back. Now we learn that some will never make it home.

Renovations

Things might be a bit confusing here for the next few days as I change over to wordpress. Currently trying to find some missing content and work out where my blogroll has gone. Do stay tuned, I’ll try to make it worth the wait!
